  • My body is stronger than I could ever imagine, but my mind is a hell of a lot stronger – I have spent the last 10 years running, lifting weights, doing HIIT & LISS and trying to be as active as possible, so I like to think that I’m reasonably fit. Running for 3 days in a row, however, can be tiresome! But, knowing that I had to be out on my legs in order to keep up with my training plan kept me going, even if I felt like calling myself a rest day. What I find amazing? The sheer drive my mind gave my fatigued legs! Some runs, all I wanted to do was to sit on the side of the road for just 5 minutes, but my brain kept pushing and pushing and calling out positive thoughts which meant my body knew it had the power and…
