Where it began and where it begins? Plant-based by Plant-Based PR

Plant-Based PR

Plant-based: it can mean different things to different people. To me, plant-based is defined as the integration of whole, plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, grains and seeds. Additionally, plant-based eliminates most consumption of animal products, like meat, eggs and dairy, in a diet. Plant-based is also a way of life, encouraging the use of cruelty-free and eco-friendly products such as makeup, skincare and clothing. Overall, a plant-based lifestyle minimizes the consumption of over-processed foods and products with the overall goal of becoming 100% vegan in the future.
