Being on a diet means you are constantly teased by “unhealthy” recipes by the likes of food recipe videos on facebook or instagram. While we were drooling over an actual pasta lasagna recipe, we decided to take a stab at modifying it to be keto/low carb friendly. A few tweaks and our “Drunken Lamb” touch and ding, ding ding, we have a winner! This will definitely become a staple meal in our house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!


INGREDIENTS
6 servings (hangry man servings = 4)

  • 16 slices bacon, thick-cut
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • ½ rotisserie chicken, or 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 full zucchini sliced length wise into thin slices
  • Mozzerella slices or shredded Mozzerella
  • 1 cup spinach
