I must be a man because I kept my hand raised, negotiated raises, worked hard and realized more out of my tiny little degree than it was worth. Yup, and it was still a woman’s career. The men’s hands were raised because they follow the rules less than women. Women obey more, its how they are built. A few women at the top are great but really I’m not looking for 50/50, I think equality and not good old boys clubs are where its at. Good for her that she broke through and can speak to the masses and show girls they can achieve. I think society will be less boardrooms, less focus on $$ & more concern for the globe when women are close like 60/40. Thanks. Nice topic.
